Using XnConvert to bulk convert image sizes
XnConvert is a user-friendly tool that works on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Install XnConvert :
Download it from XnConvert's website.
Batch Processing :
Open XnConvert.
Add your portrait images by dragging and dropping or using the
`Add files`
button.Go to the
`Actions`
tab.Click
`Add Action`
and select`Image > Resize`
.Set the desired dimensions (e.g., 800 x 600 pixels) and check the box to maintain the aspect ratio.
Click
`Add Action`
again and choose`Image > Canvas`
.Set the canvas size to match your desired dimensions and choose a background color (white, black, etc.).
Select the output format under the
`Output`
tab and choose the output folder.Click
`Convert`
to start the process.
